The downtown Shreveport Riverfront neighborhood is bounded by Caddo St. on the north, Common Street on the west, Interstate 20 to the south and the Red River to the east. Although typically considered home to towering commercial buildings mixed with entertainment and other business ventures, the Downtown Riverfront neighborhood also encompasses thriving residential communities comprised of downtown Shreveport apartments and condominiums.
